SPRING 2008 RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS (Peewee Instructional Program, Riverdale Girls Soccer League, and Boys Clinic)

We are no longer accepting registrations for the spring programs. Our next registration period will be in June, for the Fall 2008 season. We do not have any summer programs.


SPRING/FALL 2008 TRAVEL TEAMS

Participation on a travel team requires a tryout, and there are a limited number of openings on each team. For more information, contact the team managers as shown below.

GIRLS TEAMS

Bronx Bombers (Girls U-9; born after 7/31/98): Tryouts for the fall season will be held on Saturday, June 7 at 2 PM in Van Cortlandt Park near Broadway and 251 Street. For more information, call Sean Maher at 917-854-5494.

RECORD FALL 2007 ENROLLMENT

The Riverdale Soccer Club had a record 643 youth soccer players playing in our programs this fall, a 16% increase from 2006. This included 108 players in the Peewee Program, 269 players in the South Riverdale Soccer League, 163 players in the Riverdale Girls Soccer League, and 103 players on travel teams. Altogether, there were 377 boys and 266 girls playing soccer this fall.
